Going Green: Part Two – Going Online

GoingGreenLast month, as part of my plan to live a simpler life that reduced the harm I do to the planet as much as possible, I set myself a green goal – to start using natural household cleaners.  You can read how it went here.
Goals work well for me, they help me develop good habits and that’s what I need if I’m going to make my life greener.  Otherwise, I have a tendency to start off with good intentions and then fail at the first hurdle because life gets in the way.
So, with this last month being a success, I’m going continue, looking at how apps and websites can help me do my bit for the planet.  I’ve been using different sites and apps for the last few weeks and these seem to be the easiest and most effective (at least for me!). Going Green: Part One – Natural Household Cleaners (updated)

One of the things I’ve been trying really hard to do this year is live in a more environmentally friendly way.  It’s something I’ve written about already in how to I’ve cut my energy bill and my food waste but something I haven’t really got a plan of action for if that makes sense?  I tend to do things that are better for the planet as the mood strikes me, though once I start I also tend to stick at it and an idea becomes a habit.  Continue reading “Going Green: Part One – Natural Household Cleaners (updated)”
